Caramel-Toffee-Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1¼ cups cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 (13.4-oz) can dulce de leche
- 1 (11.5-oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 (8-oz) pkg toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13- x 9-inch baking pan.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly; press half of mixture into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes.
- Spread dulce de leche over crust. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chunks and toffee bits. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over toffee bits.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown; let cool in pan completely before cutting.
