Decadent Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 (4-oz) bars semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (10-oz) pkg miniature marshmallows
- 1 (5.3-oz) box peppermint candy canes
Instructions
- Combine milk, cream, chopped chocolate, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla in a large Dutch oven. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes or until blended.
- Ladle hot chocolate into mugs. Serve immediately with marshmallows and candy canes.
