Lemon-Herb Cheese Ball Wreath

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-oz) block sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1½ cups finely chopped pecans
- ¾ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (1-oz) pkg fresh dill
- ½ cup cranberries
- 1 (13.7-oz) box round buttery crackers
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan, mayonnaise, chives, chopped dill, and lemon zest in a large bowl with a mixer at medium-low speed until blended. Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
- Shape cheese mixture into 1½-inch balls. Roll half of cheese balls in pecans and half in parsley. Arrange coated cheese balls in a wreath shape on a serving platter.
- Separate dill into sprigs and garnish cheese ball wreath with dill sprigs and cranberries. Serve with crackers.
