Mango Mint Seltzer

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp agave nectar
  • ¼ cup lightly packed fresh mint
  • ¼ cup mango nectar, chilled
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup seltzer water, chilled

Instructions

  1. Bring water and agave to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add mint, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Strain and discard mint. Syrup makes about ⅔ cup.
  2. Combine mango nectar, juice, and 1 Tbsp mint syrup in an old fashioned glass. Fill half full with ice. Top with seltzer.
