Mango Mint Seltzer
Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar
- ¼ cup lightly packed fresh mint
- ¼ cup mango nectar, chilled
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Ice cubes
- ¼ cup seltzer water, chilled
Instructions
- Bring water and agave to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add mint, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Strain and discard mint. Syrup makes about ⅔ cup.
- Combine mango nectar, juice, and 1 Tbsp mint syrup in an old fashioned glass. Fill half full with ice. Top with seltzer.
