Cranberry-Apricot Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg cranberries
- 1¼ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp ginger paste
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Bring cranberries, granulated sugar, and water to a boil over medium heat in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in apricots and remaining ingredients. Cool to room temperature; chill overnight before serving.
