Cranberry-Apricot Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg cranberries
  • 1¼ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Bring cranberries, granulated sugar, and water to a boil over medium heat in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in apricots and remaining ingredients. Cool to room temperature; chill overnight before serving.
