Ingredients
- 12 oz whole-grain penne pasta
- ⅔ cup pesto
- 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt free Greek seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¾ cup pitted kalamata olives
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot pasta with pesto in a large bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Cook chicken, garlic, and seasoning in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. Add to pasta in bowl. Stir in tomatoes, olives, and cheese.
