Everything Bagel Chicken Salad
Easy Aioli
Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) pkg butter lettuce salad
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ (7-oz) pkg everything flavored bagel chips
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Divide lettuce, chicken, chips, cucumber, and tomatoes among bowls (or to-go containers); top with onion, dill, and bagel seasoning. Drizzle with Easy Aioli recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
