Super Easy Chicken Soft Tacos
Watermelon-Blueberry TossIngredients
- ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
- 1½ tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8.8-oz) pkg microwaveable Spanish rice
- ½ cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 4 soft taco size low carb tortillas, heated
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with seasoning; cook in melted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per sone or until done. Coarsely chop chicken.
- Meanwhile, heat rice according to package directions. Serve chicken, rice, and cheese in tortillas.

- 1 (6-oz) pkg blueberries
