Super Easy Chicken Soft Tacos

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1½ tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg microwaveable Spanish rice
  • ½ cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
  • 4 soft taco size low carb tortillas, heated

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning; cook in melted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per sone or until done. Coarsely chop chicken.
  2. Meanwhile, heat rice according to package directions. Serve chicken, rice, and cheese in tortillas.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg watermelon cubes
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg blueberries
