Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
  • 12 slices bacon
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise 
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a small bowl; rub over chicken. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each chicken tenderloin, securing with a tooth pick if necessary.
  2. Arrange chicken on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; serve with chicken.
