Pumpkin Pie "Martini"

Ingredients
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 Tbsp half-and-half
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1½ Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- If desired, dip rim of each of 2 martini glasses in a small amount of condensed milk on a plate; dip in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Set aside.
- Add almond milk, half-and-half, pumpkin puree, 1½ Tbsp condensed milk, and ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice to a cocktail shaker; fill half full with ice. Cover and shake until blended, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glasses. Garnish, if desired.
