Pumpkin Pie "Martini"

Ingredients

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp half-and-half
  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1½ Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. If desired, dip rim of each of 2 martini glasses in a small amount of condensed milk on a plate; dip in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Set aside.
  2. Add almond milk, half-and-half, pumpkin puree, 1½ Tbsp condensed milk, and ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice to a cocktail shaker; fill half full with ice. Cover and shake until blended, about 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into prepared glasses. Garnish, if desired.
