Buffalo-Style Turkey Burgers
Garlic Sweet Potato FriesIngredients
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 2 lb ground turkey
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- ½ cup Whole30 compliant mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 18 green leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Heat hot sauce, ghee, and 1 Tbsp lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often.
- Combine turkey, celery, 2 Tbsp hot sauce mixture, salt, and pepper; shape into 6 patties.
- Cook patties, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, parsley, and dill.
- Arrange lettuce leaves in 6 stacks. Top with patties, remaining hot sauce mixture, mayonnaise mixture, tomatoes, and onion.
- Wrap lettuce around burgers; serve immediately.

- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled
- 3 Tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes into ½-inch-thick wedges.
- Toss together potato wedges, oil, and salt on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Toss with garlic while hot.
