Cheesy Pizza Casserole
Italian Salad
Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg rotini pasta
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and cooked pasta.
- Spread half of meat mixture in a lightly greased 1½-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheese and half of pepperoni. Repeat layers.
- Bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until pepperoni are crisp. Sprinkle with oregano.

- ½ head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
