Easy Pesto Fish

Lemon-Herb Bow-Ties and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) cod fillets
  • 2 Tbsp pesto
  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet. Spread pesto over fish; top with lemon slices.
  2. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
