Garlic Shrimp with Sweet Chili Aioli

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic, divided
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and 2 tsp garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, and 1 tsp garlic.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry medley
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp chopped roasted, salted peanuts
- 1 Tbsp less-sodium soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
- Stir in nuts and soy sauce.
