Tomato-Balsamic Ravioli
Ingredients
- ½ (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1½ pints grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 6 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions in a large skillet; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water. Return pasta to pot.
- Toss pasta with butter, tomatoes, glaze, Italian seasoning, and enough water to make a thin sauce. Cook over medium heat or until tomatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese.
