Tomato-Balsamic Ravioli

Ingredients

  • ½ (18-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1½ Tbsp butter
  • 1½ pints grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • ½ Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions in a large skillet; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water. Return pasta to pot.
  2. Toss pasta with butter, tomatoes, glaze, Italian seasoning, and enough water to make a thin sauce. Cook over medium heat or until tomatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese.
