Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 2 (10-oz) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 (15-oz) can chili beans
  • 1 (32-oz) carton less sodium beef broth
  • 1 (1.25-oz) envelope chili seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain and return to pot.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, beans, broth, and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until slightly thickened.
