Ingredients
- 2 lb London broil or flank steak
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cut steak in 2 pieces; rub with seasoning. Cook steak, in 2 batches, in 2 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
- Stir together sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper; serve with steak.

- 1½ lb green beans, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until green beans are browned and tender, stirring after 8 minutes.
