Kids Love 'Em Crunch Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 18 dill pickle chips
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill pan or grill to medium-high heat. Combine beef, Worcestershire, and steak seasoning in a large bowl. Shape into 6 patties.
  2. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink. Top with cheese; grill until cheese is melted. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Top bottom halves of buns with ketchup, pickles, burgers, and desired amount of chips. Cover with bun tops, pressing down gently to crush chips. Serve immediately.
