Ingredients

  • 12 oz bow tie pasta
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (24-oz) container spinach dip
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes or until browned and done. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Add spinach dip to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water; cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes or until blended. Divide pasta mixture among 6 shallow bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
