Bacon Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg ziti pasta
  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, drained
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (8-oz) blocks colby-Jack cheese, shredded and divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  3. Cook beef and onion in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, relish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pasta, half of bacon, and 3 cups cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese and remaining bacon.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
