Ingredients
- 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- ¾ tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (8-oz) block Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on a large greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Combine mayonnaise, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and, if desired, cayenne in a large bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto one side of each tortilla. Top with cheese and onions. Fold tortillas over filling; brush tortillas with oil. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are lightly browned. Cut into wedges.

- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together vinaigrette, lime juice, and cumin in a large bowl. Add lettuce; toss.
