Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg rotini pasta
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni
- ¼ cup fresh oregano leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, and cooked pasta.
- Spread half of meat mixture in a lightly greased 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with half of cheese and half of pepperoni. Repeat layers.
- Bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until pepperoni are crisp. Sprinkle with oregano.

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- ½ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
