Cheeseburger Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen corn kernels
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickle chips
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg four-cheese mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, pickles, mustard, and seasoning. Cook, stirring often, 10 minutes. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Prepare potatoes according to package directions; dollop over meat mixture. Bake 15 minutes; sprinkle with cheese, and bake 10 minutes longer.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Roast 12 to 15 minutes or until beans are tender and browned.
