Crispy Pork Cutlets
Apple-Brussels Sprouts SlawIngredients
- 1¼ cups panko breadcrumbs
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp mined garlic
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ lb thin boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Place panko in a shallow bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip pork in mayonnaise mixture; dredge in panko mixture, shaking off excess.
- Cook pork, in 2 batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until done.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

- 1 (1-lb) pkg shaved Brussels sprouts
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
