Brown Sugar-Glazed Pork Chops
Scalloped Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless pork chops
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Stir together brown sugar, ketchup, and lemon juice; pour over pork chops. Cover, and bake 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes or until pork is tender.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans

- Cook potatoes according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
