Brown Sugar-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Stir together brown sugar, ketchup, and lemon juice; pour over pork chops. Cover, and bake 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes or until pork is tender.

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen scalloped potatoes
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
