Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

Long Grain and Wild Rice and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp whole grain mustard

Instructions

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until browned. Add wine, and cook 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
  2. Add cream and mustard to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long grain and wild rice
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
