Parmesan Butter Steak
Baked Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients
- ¾ lb top sirloin steak, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, combine butter and cheese, stirring until blended. Dollop butter over steak slices.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 small sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes or until tender.
- Cut a lengthwise slit on top of each potato; top each with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Steam green beans according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
