Kids Love 'Em Crunch Burgers
Seasoned French Fries
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 hamburger buns, split
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 6 dill pickle chips
- 1 cup thin potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat grill pan or grill to medium-high heat. Combine beef, Worcestershire, and steak seasoning in a bowl. Shape into 2 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink. Top with cheese; grill until cheese is melted. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
- Top bottom halves of buns with ketchup, pickles, burgers, and ½ cup chips. Cover with bun tops, pressing down gently to crush chips. Serve immediately.
