Kids Love 'Em Crunch Burgers

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns, split
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 6 dill pickle chips
  • 1 cup thin potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill pan or grill to medium-high heat. Combine beef, Worcestershire, and steak seasoning in a bowl. Shape into 2 patties.
  2. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink. Top with cheese; grill until cheese is melted. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Top bottom halves of buns with ketchup, pickles, burgers, and ½ cup chips. Cover with bun tops, pressing down gently to crush chips. Serve immediately.
