Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ⅓ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Mix together sour cream and half of dressing mix in a bowl. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, and half of dressing mix in another shallow bowl.
- Spread sour cream mixture on one side of each chicken breast; dredge coated side in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Place chicken, coated side up, in a small greased baking dish.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
