Barbecue-Bacon Chicken
Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Green Beans
Ingredients
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 slices bacon
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- ⅓ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon. Place in a small baking dish.
- Bake chicken 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done. Top with barbecue sauce and chicken. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with green onion.
