Barbecue-Bacon Chicken

Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 slices bacon
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • ⅓ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon. Place in a small baking dish.
  2. Bake chicken 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done. Top with barbecue sauce and chicken. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with green onion.
