Mediterranean Flatbread
Ingredients
- 2 naan
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, well drained and chopped
- ¼ cup canned sliced black olives, drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place naan on two baking sheets. Brush naan with oil.
- Bake 5 minutes. Spread ricotta on naan; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
