Ingredients

  • 2 naan
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, well drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup canned sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place naan on two baking sheets. Brush naan with oil.
  2. Bake 5 minutes. Spread ricotta on naan; sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and olives. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
