Spinach-Artichoke Ravioli Bake
Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (14-oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup less sodium chicken broth
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen ravioli in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until tender. Gradually add spinach, stirring until wilted.
- Add artichokes, cream cheese, broth, garlic salt, and pepper; stir until cheese melts. Pour over ravioli; sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
