Spinach-Artichoke Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 1 (14-oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup less sodium chicken broth
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen ravioli in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until tender. Gradually add spinach, stirring until wilted.
  3. Add artichokes, cream cheese, broth, garlic salt, and pepper; stir until cheese melts. Pour over ravioli; sprinkle with mozzarella.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
