Garlic-Herb Pork and Rice
Ingredients
- 1 (27.2-oz) roasted garlic and herbs marinated pork loin
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (12-oz) pkg dirty rice mix
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 (7.5-oz) pkg frozen green beans with almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 18 minutes or until a thermometer inserted registers 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions; stir in tomatoes.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
