Easy Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope less sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 cup refrigerated mild restaurant style salsa

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning mix. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until chicken is browned and done.
  2. Divide chicken among tortillas; top with cheese. Fold edges of tortillas in, and roll up. Top burritos with lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.

  • 2 cups long grain white rice
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope less sodium taco seasoning mix

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, adding seasoning mix to water.
