Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
  • ⅓ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain well.
  2. Press dough into a 16-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread Thousand Island dressing over dough.
  3. Top with beef, cheese, crumbled bacon, tomatoes, and onion. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
  4. Toss together lettuce and Ranch dressing in a bowl; top pizza with lettuce mixture and pickles.
