Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- ¾ cup spicy barbecue sauce
- 1 (8-oz) block fontina cheese, shredded
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (1.25-lb) container peeled pineapple, chopped
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Press dough into a 16-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread barbecue sauce over dough.
- Top with fontina, chicken, pineapple, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro; sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with additional cilantro, if desired.
