Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
  • ¾ cup spicy barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) block fontina cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (1.25-lb) container peeled pineapple, chopped
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Press dough into a 16-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread barbecue sauce over dough.
  2. Top with fontina, chicken, pineapple, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with additional cilantro, if desired.
