Caramel-Apple Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- 6 Tbsp butter, softened and divided
- 3 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup plus ¼ cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup quick cooking oats
- ½ (48-oz) container vanilla ice cream
- ½ (20-oz) bottle caramel flavored syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Press dough into a 16-inch round on a lightly greased pizza pan. Prick dough all over with a fork. Bake 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt 3 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add apple slices, ⅓ cup brown sugar, and ½ tsp cinnamon. Cook, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Stir together flour, oats, ¼ cup brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon in a bowl. Add 3 Tbsp butter, stirring until mixture is crumbly.
- Spoon apple mixture over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with flour mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve pizza with ice cream and caramel syrup.
