Ground Turkey-Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground turkey
- 1 (8-oz) pkg tri pepper mix
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ (1.25-oz) envelopes chili seasoning mix
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15.5-oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz) can pure pumpkin
- 1 cup less sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Cook turkey, pepper mix, onion, and garlic in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 12 minutes. Stir in seasoning mix.
- Add tomatoes, beans, pumpkin, and broth; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Top each serving with cheese and sour cream.
