Ingredients

  • 1 (25.5-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken 
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp less-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Sriracha in a saucepan.
  3. Stir together cold water and cornstarch; add to saucepan, and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until sauce is thickened.
  4. Place chicken in a large bowl; add honey mixture, and toss.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 2 tsp dried basil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss together broccoli, oil, salt, and red pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until broccoli is browned and tender.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions; stir in basil.
