Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 (28-oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Combine beef, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 24 (1-inch) meatballs.
- Cook meatballs, in batches, in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned on all sides. Transfer to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Add tomatoes, basil, and onion.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 hours. Serve meatballs and sauce over Spaghetti Squash recipe.

- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen spaghetti squash spirals
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen broccoli and cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook squash and broccoli and cauliflower according to package directions.
- Place broccoli and cauliflower in a bowl; toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
