Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 to 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onions.
