Ingredients

  • 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onions.
