Cheesy Everything Chicken Croissants

Ingredients

  • 4 mini croissants or slider buns
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut croissants in half, and arrange bottom halves tightly in a greased small baking dish.
  2. Spread mustard on croissants in dish. Layer with 4 half cheese slices, chicken, 4 half cheese slices, and croissant tops.
  3. Combine seasoning and melted butter. Brush mixture on top of croissants. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
