Cheesy Everything Chicken Croissants
Sautéed Vegetables
Ingredients
- 4 mini croissants or slider buns
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut croissants in half, and arrange bottom halves tightly in a greased small baking dish.
- Spread mustard on croissants in dish. Layer with 4 half cheese slices, chicken, 4 half cheese slices, and croissant tops.
- Combine seasoning and melted butter. Brush mixture on top of croissants. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
