Ingredients

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain rice
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp ginger paste
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle yum yum sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Cook bell pepper, peas and carrots, garlic, and ginger in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in chicken, rice, and soy sauce.
  3. Cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated; sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Drizzle each serving with yum yum sauce.
