Yum Yum Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable long-grain rice
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 2 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp ginger paste
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- ½ (16-oz) bottle yum yum sauce
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions.
- Cook bell pepper, peas and carrots, garlic, and ginger in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in chicken, rice, and soy sauce.
- Cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated; sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Drizzle each serving with yum yum sauce.
