Creamy Beef Skillet

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 (32-oz) carton less sodium beef broth
- ½ (16-oz) pkg fettuccine
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, bell pepper, and celery in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add broth; bring to a boil, and stir in uncooked pasta.
- Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper until cheese melts.
