Chicken Parmesan Baked Ziti
Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz ziti pasta
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1 (23-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ (5-oz) carton shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a bowl.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken to skillet, and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Add to pasta in bowl along with sauce; stir.
- Spoon half of pasta mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with half of mozzarella and half of Parmesan. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
