Chicken Cheesesteak Skillet
Spinach SaladIngredients
- 1 (6.9-oz) pkg chicken-flavored rice mix
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
- Stir rice into chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- ¼ cup olive oil vinaigrette

- Toss together spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl.
