Coconut-Ginger Limeade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 1½ to 2 Tbsp lime juice
- ⅓ cup diet ginger ale
- Garnish: lime slice
Instructions
- Add coconut water and lime juice to a mixing glass. Add ½ cup ice, and stir 30 seconds until well chilled. Pour into an old fashioned glass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish, if desired.
