Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1½ lb pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, honey, vinegar, oil, Sriracha, and, if desired, fish sauce.
  2. Cut pork into ½-inch-thick medallions. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Brush half of honey mixture over pork. Reserve remaining mixture. Sear pork in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Drizzle pork with reserved sauce; sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.

  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 small head napa cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Peel carrots into long thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
  2. Cook carrots, cabbage, onions, and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
