Ham, Pear, and Arugula Wraps
Tangerine-Almond TossIngredients
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 low carb whole wheat tortillas
- 4 tsp honey mustard
- ½ lb thin deli sliced low sodium ham
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Toss together arugula, oil, and lemon juice.
- Arrange tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread with mustard; top with ham, pears and arugula. Roll up; secure with toothpicks.

- 4 tangerines
- 4 Tbsp sliced almonds
