Herbed Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ⅛ tsp salt 
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Stir in cranberry sauce; reduce heat to medium, and cook 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
  • ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen steam in bag green beans

  1. Cook cauliflower and green beans according to package directions.
