Herbed Cranberry Chicken
Mashed Cauliflower and Green Beans
Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until browned.
- Stir in cranberry sauce; reduce heat to medium, and cook 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened and chicken is done.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mashed cauliflower
- ½ (14-oz) pkg frozen steam in bag green beans

- Cook cauliflower and green beans according to package directions.
